About Us
As a nonprofit charity, our mission is simple: serve, support, and inspire change where it’s needed most.
The C&S Foundation was founded by Catia and Eugene with a mission to uplift and empower families. Originally from Chicago and now based in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, we launched our annual backpack giveaway in 2021 to provide students with the essentials they need to succeed. Our passion for community service is deeply rooted from having faced hardships ourselves, we understand the power of a helping —we know what it means to need support, and we’re dedicated to being that support for others.
